SEMI CONTACT FREEZER

Semi Contact Plate Freezer is a common type of freezing, which is a cooling chamber filled with cooled air. The advantage is that by utilizing convection flow, cold temperatures can be distributed to the corners of the room efficiently, but the convective heat transfer coefficient of air tends to be small so that freezing needs to be done in a longer time due to the low heat transfer rate. The larger the room, the smaller the heat that can be transferred in a certain unit of time.

Weight loss of the product can also occur due to direct contact between the product and water which can increase the water content in the food product, especially if the temperature and humidity permit.

The cooling process uses a simple compressor machine by pressing the condensation that is transferred through the expansion valve before going to the evaporator room. The evaporator itself is part of the cooler that is able to evaporate food to low temperatures. In it, the pressure of the refrigerant will be low pressure so that a number of high temperatures or heat can be released.

And then the compressor will do it, which is to lower the temperature to change the shape of the frozen ice. Evaporation of refrigerant gas or freezing in this way is very good for preserving food because it will not change its taste.

Of the several types of products we produce above, the difference lies in the number of shelves, the distance between shelf levels, and the number of doors. In terms of capacity, if filled with shrimp and squid, it can hold ±800kg. While if filled with small to medium sized fish, it can hold up to ±1.2 tons.

In addition to the models and types above, we can also customize semi-contact. What we usually call semicontact mobilizer. In terms of design, usability, capacity and system are the same as other semi-contacts that we produce with a quantity of 10-11 tears. The only difference is that we modify this semi-contact in a container. With a container size of 40 Ft, and the engine is inside.
